Hello,
First for the modem problem,
I have a 56 k ISA faxmodem on IRQ 11 made by US Robotics
and everytime I come to dial out my computer says the modem
is busy maybe being used by another program. I heard it
might be minicom but I'm not sure I'll try that out but I
have no idea why minicom would cause problems I've never
used it in my life. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
The dialers I've used are kppp gppp wmppp eznet wvdial.
And know for the KDE problem
I have installed all the KDE RPM and I 've set up so root
and My user can use kde using the usekde command. But
everytime I type startx I get a weird WM with only I login
prompt and 2 xterms I think its twm.
Any help to get KDE would be greatly apprecited.
