I did'nt either, however LI means;
The first stage boot loader was able to load the second stage boot
loader, but has failed to execute it. This can either be caused by a
geometry mismatch or by moving /boot/boot.b without running the map
installer.
Possable causes. windows was installed on another partition, when using dos
fdisk for large drives you get an option about support for large drive
saying yes here alters the BIOS settings.
Use the installation bootdisk to start up, at the LILO prompt type 'mount
root=/dev/hdxx where xx is the drive partition.
rerun lilo, if at boottime it still wont boot, go into the setup and changew
the bios settings to 'auto', thats what i had to do. It might not work for
you tho'.
