list the IP for the card in the NT box as a host for Linux?
And what service should I be running on NT so Linux can
use the connection? I searched through the Microsoft site

First, PLEASE turn off HTML/"styled text" in your mail
program! Second, you shouldn't need to run anything on the
NT box, just set up SAMBA on your Linux box and you should
be able to make the NT box think that Linux is another NT
box and it should connect just fine. Obviously, it's not
going to be as easy as setting up SAMBA on the Linux box
and plugging it into the NT box, but that's about all
that you will need to do. From what I've read in here and
other lists (never done it myself, btw) there will be some
"tweaking" but that's about it. :-)
