People will want to use at home what they use at work. That's how windows got started. As soon as workplaces start using linux on the desktops, it will take off at home. Selling it to businesses (stable, cheap, fast) is the way to go. The only problem is games. But most games these days are based on some sort of "engine", so maybe all that is needed is porting the descent or quake engine. Or writing all the games in ava.
