I have looked thru all my settings and everything *seems* OK, but
I still can't get my AWE64 to work. While browsing through my dmesg
file in /var/log, I noticed a line that says "sb: dsp reset failed",
with the next line being "AWE32: not detected". I'm not sure what the
first line is trying to tell me.
My isapnp.conf file does not list any other PnP card other than my
AWE64, and of all the irqs I've found, none are conflicting (I think)
with irq 5--my sound card.
I've recompiled my kernel with sound as a module, edited conf.modules,
and isapnp.conf--any other steps I'm missing here?
