Is there a way for me to stop sendmail from loading each time I boot Linux? I don't really need it right now, and it hangs for a time when I boot (it started after I changed the hostname). It's probably a configuration problem, but I don't have the time to try to fix it right now, and the lag is annoying. I also have a Toshiba Satellite T2135CS notebook. Would anyone know how much it would cost to get a network card for this? How could I install linux on this system if it had no cd-rom drive? John BTW, If anyone knows an easy way to fix sendmail (m4 sendmail.cf??) I would appriciate whatever is offered. Thanx :)
