I do not know much about the configutation format of the ~/.rhosts file.
However I know that Every Security Document I have Ever Seen has said to
delete all of the.rhosts files as they make it faily simple to login without
realy having a user's name and Passsword. Use Extreme care if this is a
machine that will be connected to the internet (even as a dial Up Conection)
