Hi all,

1. I want to install RH6.1 using NFS from a CD-ROM mounted on a gateway.
I have booted my PC using boot disk and my NIC is not listed so i choose
NE-2000 compatible instead. Then it prompt me the question:

io=
irq=
Miscellaneous=

I have tried all possible combination of IO addr and IRQ that was
available on my NIC manual, but it always said something like "device or
resource is busy..."

How do i get out of this problem and what is to put on the "Miscellanous"
option?

2. I know that later it will prompt me the question of the gateway IP and
the directory the RH source could be found, suppose that on the gateway i
mount the cdrom on /cdrom and the RH source (RPMs) can be found on
/cdrom/RedHat6.1/RedHat/RPMS/, is this right?

NFS server name: 192.168.0.1
directory: /cdrom/RedHat6.1/RedHat/RPMS/

or if i install it using FTP, is this will make it?

FTP server name: 192.168.0.1
directory: /pub/linux/RedHat6.1/RedHat/RPMS/

I have experienced the problem before but i forget the correct way to
specify the path to the source.

Thanks in advance,
Andy
