I se i got the wrong end of the stick when i answered this mail, i
interpeted it as, how much space do Linux need.
Now as to Linux disk limits on disk size i cant say, however fdisk has been
reported on the kernel-mailing list to have problems with disks of 400Gb +,
cfdisk can partition disks above that limit, this was disscussed not so
very long ago on the said mailing list. If one wants more info, check the
archives at vger.
