Mounting other drive

[1stFlight !]

 I dual boot between RH 6.0 and Win98.  I mount the drive just fine and
can access all of its files perfectly. My only problem is that I can
only write files to the drive as root. How can I allow for any user to
write to the drive? Thanks!
