well your problems are due to file permissions I wouldn't do it but it is
possible

man fstab
look for the options for mode and uid and gid that will set the permissions
on that drive once it is mounted

NOTE: I would consider this verry bad. it's all to easy for a use to
accidentaly rm -f your windows drvive by typing the wrong thing. couse it's
only windows so it wouldn't be much of a loss anyway right =)
