My /etc/ppp/options file only says:
/dev/modem
57600
debug
lock
crtscts
defaultroute
mtu 552
mru 552
No cua0 mentionned in any file in /etc/ppp, nor in tty_io.c or env.
Incidentally, ip-up and ip-down files are present and mention
/etc/ppp/ipp-up.local and /etc/ppp/ip-down.local, but those files don't
exist.
