Hi!
I use Pine 4.10 from RedHat 6.0. So I didn't build it. I
never got the sources. It's a crippled CD I bought chep with a local
magazine. Side note: isn't that illegal and against the licence, to
sell a distribution without sources?
I don't let pine to seach for new mail. It would be just a
waste of time because I use dialup and mail only access.
If I have in one folder an unlisted message and I try to
delete for good (purge) any message, pine hangs. Is this a bug? Is
there something I miss? Even if I set up pine to search for new
messages it's the same thing. Because it will still be a small delay.
Oh. Of course, I could just check for new messages before
purging. But sometimes I forget about this. And it's pretty annoying
to log in from another console and kill pine. And it was supposed the
thing will work fine no matter what.
