Well ... the dhcpcd-*.exe file won't exist unless you create it. I don't
have one on most of my Debian systems either, but if I add one (and make a
small modification to the dhcpcd init script, something that *is* Debian
specific), it works. 

Why RH would not have the dhcpcd-*.info file ... I haven't a clue. What does
"man dhcpcd" say about this on your RH 6.2 system?

This illustrates why it is increasingly important to be specific about what
Linux distribution and version you are talking about, I guess.
