You can set the hostname in  /etc/sysconfig/network file.
 This is just an example :
        NETWORKING=yes
        FORWARD_IPV4="yes"
        HOSTNAME="liis"
        DOMAINNAME="sorosis.ro"
        GATEWAY=""
        GATEWAYDEV=""
        IPX="no"
