kernal I'm using is 2.2.14 and setserial is 2.15

Looked at the article....doesn't mention external modems, just PCI.
But I did grab setserial 2.17. Now I just need to figure out how to install
it, replacing 2.15.

Ok, I'll go diggin and see what I can find. So far most of the help on the
net in regard to ISDN has been for internal cards. Guess I'm the only moron
having trouble with an external TA.

Got ya....I myself only have beaga/n focal. Key phrases and enough words to
sort of understand someone speaking it. Not too many Gaeilge classes in
central Pennsylvania.
