Hi all, I have a DRAC5 that was configured with a static IP, and I forgot to update it before the machine was put into production. It's now on a different subnet so I can't access it.
Is there any way I can change the IP address without rebooting the server? I'm guessing the racadm utility will do this, but I can't find anywhere to download it. I'm also using a "heretic" version of Linux - Gentoo - so no doubt I will have trouble with libraries etc. since I can't compile from source. Any suggestions on where I can find a fairly compatible version that would work on most varieties of Linux, without a hundred megabyte download of other stuff I don't need? Many thanks, Adam. _______________________________________________ Linux-PowerEdge mailing list [email protected] https://lists.us.dell.com/mailman/listinfo/linux-poweredge Please read the FAQ at http://lists.us.dell.com/faq
