Are you saying you can use two ports on a PERC6/e to connect to an MD1000 in
split mode?  But that'd still fail if either link failed, assuming you had an
array that spanned both sides, right?  Is the alternative unified but with a
active/passive?

I was working on the assumption that active/active in unified wasn't
supported, is that right?
