Of course there should be. Unfortunately I never had a chance to try how
big the performance gain will be. 
But maybe someone else here can answer that.

Ah, excellent.  Thank you very much for the info.  I'd not noticed that
enhancement (I'm running 6.2.0-0013 so I'm already covered for this).

"a sort of load balancing"; Should I not expect a measurable performance
advantage with this setup then?
