Subject: OMSA Event message

Hi there

I had a customer which depend on OMSA to monitor his Dell server hardware
status.
Recently he did power supply redundancy test and curious on the event message
recorded where event id 1354 only comes one while 1306 was repeated several
time
Question
1. Is this expected behaviour ? as per my understand the event should be
recorded in the system message file until it was rectify
2. Why event 1354 recorded only once while event 1306 was recorded multiple
times ?
3. Customer also seek an explanation why after event id 1306 recorded twice,
then event id 1354 record only once, whereas event 1354 is more crucial than
1306
4. Is there any default timing for the message to be re-occur and recorded in
system message until the problem rectify, so that the message will be recorded
in standard interval time

Pasted below relevant portion from system message file
