I have had similar issues in the past. I recently (possibly from this 
list) found a link to this which has a whole range of pre-created ISOs 
that you can download:

Note that some updates won't apply until lifecycle controller is updated 
to a newer version if its quite old (you should be able to do that via 
DRAC by feeding it a lifecycle USC repair package through the DRAC 
firmware update page (did this to an R210II yesterday)).
