The latest iDRAC7 Repair Package for 12th gen servers is here: http://downloads.dell.com/FOLDER01784797M/1/LC2.1_RTSPP_Repair_Package_1.3.0.850_A00.usc (taken from http://en.community.dell.com/techcenter/systems-management/w/wiki/7541.lifecycle-controller-2#lc2_fwmatrix although that page is outdated). Good practice is to check the Job Queue in iDRAC first before updating the iDRAC and see if anything is scheduled. If something is scheduled, let the job execute and finish by rebooting the server and let it do it's thing (it will auto-load the LC and apply any outstanding firmware updates for example). If it shows completed job queues I made a habit of deleting the completed job from the queue. After that you should be good to go to apply the latest iDRAC FW which is 2.41.41.41
