indeed. it is in our fully supported R610. Equipment ages but software should cope with that. Simply dropping support for no good reason because it is not the latest gen is not acceptable

    we're still waiting for Dell to fix OMSA for fully supported
    generations of servers. See the thread "check_openmanage and OMSA
    9.1.0" where OMSA can't deal with the SAS 6/iR Integrated controller.

        We rsync the dell repo and do this ourselves by having another
        repo that the servers use. Curating and maintaining it is a
        pain, though.
