FTR: I now installed OMSA from what appears to be the 7.4.0 repository on linux.dell.com (http://linux.dell.com/repo/hardware/OMSA_7.4.0/platform_independent/suse11_64/). Interestingly the RPM version numbers show 7.3.2. In any case it seems to be working fine. Only downside is that official support is only for SLES 11, but the machine in question is running openSUSE Leap 15.0, so I had to find an old OpenSSL 0.9.8.
