Has anyone else experience power supply issues with iDRAC v2.60.60.60?
We have a small number of R730 with dual redundant power supplies running that version, and we haven't noticed any of the issues you're seeing. Most of our idrac versions are older than that, though, so we only have that version on a very limited subset of systems.
