I have seen the same sort of errors on R620s. They're out of warranty so
I have replaced both power supplies and the motherboard and one R620
still has out of range errors.

BIOS is 2.70, iDRAC is 2.60.60.60 and I have two different models of
power supply but they're both on the latest available version from Dell
(07.09.52 & 6B.47.9B).

I had the same issue but with a different firmware version. Dell wanted
us to upgrade both the firmware and Bios

I don't know if this is related, but I saw these on a R320 with iDRAC
7
firmware 2.50.50.50.

Wed Mar 21 2018 22:31:25 The system board PS1 PG Fail voltage is
outside
of range.
Wed Mar 21 2018 22:31:27 An under voltage fault detected on power
supply 1.
Wed Mar 21 2018 22:31:29 Power supply redundancy is lost.

Upgrading iDRAC's firmware to 2.52.52.52 cleared those warnings, and
that's the version I'm still running. I have not upgraded to 2.60.60.60
yet.

This server of mine has two power supplies, which probably allowed the
server to function normally despite these warnings.
