I don't know if this is related, but I saw these on a R320 with iDRAC 7
firmware 2.50.50.50.

Wed Mar 21 2018 22:31:25 The system board PS1 PG Fail voltage is outside
of range.
Wed Mar 21 2018 22:31:27 An under voltage fault detected on power supply 1.
Wed Mar 21 2018 22:31:29 Power supply redundancy is lost.

Upgrading iDRAC's firmware to 2.52.52.52 cleared those warnings, and
that's the version I'm still running. I have not upgraded to 2.60.60.60 yet.

This server of mine has two power supplies, which probably allowed the
server to function normally despite these warnings.
