you have a PERC 6/i and mpt-status doesn't support those

I whould recommend You install omsa

on debian check
https://subtrac.rc.sara.nl/oss/omsa_2_deb

before instaling make sure that mptctl is loaded and ipmi is running
(ipmi_si,ipmi_devintf) or omsa will not
be able to monitor other system elements

afther that you can check raid status using omreport storage vdisk
