That is all you need for the startup.

Dell Management Console is the new Dell Mgmt SW. At the Moment it exists
in Version 1.0. It is more useful than the ITA if you have to manage
many systems around the world. Also if you like Symantec and Altiris.
It is a Hugh Tool with many things to configure, Version 1.0 need a
physical w2k3 machine as base! ITA can be run in a vm.

FYI: At the moment the ITA 8.5 and the DMC 1.0 exists behind. Maybe in
the future (no date at the moment) IT A will no longer get an Update.
Since Version 8.3 the DMC 1.0 is available and the ITA is now available
in Version 8.5 supports Vsphere, Hyperv.....

That's exactly the kind of info I need. The problem when dealing with
anything "new" is knowing whether I've actually done all the required
steps
or not, at which point I can then start trouble-shooting.
