What you need to do is enable NETBEUI over TCP/IP (NBT) protocol on the
WIN95 boxes that are dialing up. Then they can use IP protocol over PPP
to access a browse master on the internal network to be able to see the
shares on the internal network.

Note that the browse master needs to be in the same Class C as the ppp
dialups. It can be a SAMBA box or a WinXX box, but it will need to be
in the 192.168.2.0 network for the ppp dialups to be able to browse.
