It means that the remote end closed the PPP connection.  These are normal
messages (CCP = Compression Control Protocol, LCP = Link Control
Protocol). If the remote user is reporting unexpected disconnects, it
means that there is a problem in the configuration.  If so, please post
the 'debug' log output for an entire failed session.
