Using minicom, I telnetted to my ISP and could not get any response faster
than about 0.1K. The problem now is not with speed. It is about 56K,
seemingly.
I don't get this speed unless I am moving the mouse around. Unless I keep
moving the mouse around, my connection speed is about 0.1K instead of 56K.
While telnetted to my ISP's command line in my shell account with my ISP, I
type "ls", and it takes 5 minutes for a directoy listing. HOWEVER, if I am
moving my mouse around, I get 56K speed.
