People asked for more info... so here goes nothing.
Sometimes (too often thou) pppd tells me that it "Could not determine remote
IP address". Could it be something wrong on my side?
Or am I doing right when accusing my ISP, or phone lines, for my trouble.
When pppd failes the log looks like this:
