Depends. If it's the MS CBCP then there are two scripts in an old
post here:
http://www.inetport.com/~kite/RAScb.gz
The undocumentated option is "callback <ThePhoneNumber>" and you will very
likely need the pppd "receive-all" option to the callback script.
