I believe ISDN modems are capable of working under Linux, don't know if anything
modem-manufacturer-specific is required. But why would you want to be limited
to the speed of ISDN when you will be able to get DSL now or in the near future?
You might want to check the settings for Outlook Express so that you send plain
text without quoted-printable or HTML attachment.
