ppp dial-up server

I am trying to configure a dial-up server on my Linux box. I was hoping that
everything would be described in the ppp-howto but the lates version if from
March '97 and it basically omits the ppp-server setup. Where can I get such
info?

I also went briefly thru serial-howto and while I learned thing it did not
help much. Or should I read it all?
