Hi,
Sometime when i tried to use chat and pppd daemon
to dialup to a ISP, i will receive a "No Carrier"
message. Does "No Carrier" means "the other party
never picks up the line"? Then why is it that the
other party never picks up the line though it is not
busy (if really busy, i will receive a "Busy" message
i think). Kindly appreciate if anyone can tell me what
are the real reasons for "No Carrier" message"?
