Thank for your helping, I am trying to solve my
problem but not successful, here my ppp command line :
pppd -detach debug /dev/ttyS1 xonxoff persist local
logfile /root/ppplog

My null-modem is two 9 pin connector, it worked
perfectly on two linux box or two Winnt box . I show
it on detail :

remote host serial Calling System serial port
port connector              connector
         3---------->2
         2---------->3
         7---------->8
         8---------->7
         6,1-------->4
         5---------->5
         4---------->6,1
In Winnt I configure port COM1,COM2 for dial out, with
Direct cable between 2 PCs
_   baud rate 9600
_   data bit 8
_   parity none
_   stop bit 1
_  flowControl xonxoff
But when dial in Dial up networking I 've got an error
"Your modem has reported an error"...or "The port is
disconnect"...
Here the logfile from linux server
