I have a linux box (RedHat 6.2) being configured for leased line to my ISP.
When I initiate ppp connection I get:
Aug 8 12:40:44 sky pppd[19736]: Using interface ppp1
Aug 8 12:40:44 sky pppd[19736]: Connect: ppp1 <--> /dev/ttyS1
Aug 8 12:42:15 sky pppd[19736]: LCP: timeout sending Config-Requests
Then no connection occurs. Any idea why the timeout? The timeout is set high
enough. We have tried even 24hrs timeout.
