Hi all, IM in the process of setting up a file server and want to use raid 5
across 3 Quantum UWSCSI drives. I have no problem with
setting up the Raid 5 partitions, but the boot partitions are a different
chore. I have read the bootrootraillilo HOWTO and I understand
the concept, but when I use Disk Druid to create partitions it makes the
boot partition of the second drive start over the 1024 limit. Unfortunately
their is no way to control the start and end of partitions with Disk Druid.
I have also tried FDISK and have no problems setting up the
partitions but seem to have problems with crashing when installing the
operating system.

Does any one have a any ideas on procedures and tools to set-up Raid 1 for
/boot ????

Thanks in advance

Robert
