ok guys.
i am currently building a pair of machines from the ground up.
they will be root raid and all the partitions except swap will be some
form of raid.
i intend to document the process i go through to get rh 5.1 or 5.2
installed on these boxes.
would anyone object to me attempting to turn these notes into a
Software-Raid HOWTO? the one currently up on the ldp is horribly
misleading.
since i see no one working on that specific piece of literature, i would
be happy to take the mantle and write version 1.0
the lack of documentation is the worst feature of this software.
everything else is great. (i have 10 machines now running various
versions). i think this is incredibly useful stuff, but the docs are
holding lots of folks back.
