Check out http://www.raidzone.com However they don't have bootable Linux for
it yet (1Q00 or 2Q00).
Look at http://www.DPT.com they are supposedly bootable RAID.
However, for what you really want, I seriously suggest that you take a
serious look at http://www.valinux.com.
Hardware RAID complicates the equation a bunch as it is still being
developed and results are uneven. VA Research has an integrated system that
works, turn-key. It all depends on how much money(time) you are willing to
spend in tinker-factor.
