Hi all,
I have problems with raid5 spitting error messages now and then, and
making my system unstable. It crashed a couple of times.
The problem as I see it is:
- I get occasional non fatal Oops from raid
- I got two fatal Oops, for which I suspect raid5
- Relatively often, I get error messages from raid5
- chkraid on the raid devices sees occasional unreproducible,
uncorrectible corruption: since the three raid5 disks are all up,
there isnothing to correct. Runninc chkraid again still shows
corruption, but in different places of the array.
I have traces and docs for some of these events. To whom should I send
them? Is anyone listening on this list?
