What do you mean by 'working perfectly' ?
Do you mean that it is working perfectly in FAST-20 WIDE SCSI mode and 
_all_ other available SCSI features being actually supported and used ?

Another problem may happen to you, if the Win-one-year-late-O/S is just
using you SCSI hardware at half or at a quarter of the features you paid
for. I mean the feeling to have been in some way ripped off. :-))
