Kemungkinan besar VGA Adapter-nya ada masalah !
Coba deh kembalikan setting jumper-nya ke asal, kalau masih tidak mau,
coba pergunakan monitor yang lama yang tidak menggunakan DDC atau Power
management.
Kalau masih gagal juga, coba pergunakan external VGA Card dan disable yang
onboard.
Jika cara terakhir gagal coba deh hubungi tempat pembelian PC tersebut.
