Hi
Hi David, in the patch Hans noted, it seems you missed mmc3 when
renaming compatibles for sun7i-a20.dtsi.
Looking forward to this getting into mainline. Need it for WiFi. :)
I've uploaded the changes you've requested:
http://git.o2s.ch/?p=linux-next.git;a=shortlog;h=refs/heads/sunxi-devel
I'll upload a refactored patchset soon, after having fixed some minor issues.
While testing current sunxi-devel I've found a few issues with the previous
version
of the patchset I merged:
1) The mmc entry in sun4i-a10.dtsi was missing a clock-names line making it non
functional
2) Besides not updating the compat property for mmc3 on a20, you also did not
update
it for other mmcX entries with X > 0 on sun5i
Since I wanted to get a fix for this out the door ASAP, so that sunxi-devel
users testing
on a10 don't get bitten by this. I've fixed this myself, and just pushed a new
version to
the sunxi-devel branch.
While at it I also:
1) Squashed the patches into the relevant original patches, splitting the dts
changes into
sun4i / sun5i / sun7i where necessary.
2) Added your pull-up patch and extended it to also cover sun4i and sun5i
3) Added mmc support to sun4i-a10-a1000.dts
4) Dropped the sun5i-a10s-mmc and sun7i-a20-mmc compat strings, since those are
identical
to sun5i-a13-mmc, and when they are identical all should use the compat string
for the
oldest model of the SoC.
Please rebase on top of this, or make the same changes to your tree.
Thanks & Regards,
Hans
