I put this on my todo list because someone had to, but to be honest I really don't have the time for this in the foreseeable future, so I say check with hno what his plans are and then go for it! I can probably make a couple of hours available for this here and then, so if you need help with something specific, ie testing on some boards you don't have or whatever feel free to ask for help and I'll do my best.
