I'm a bit concerned about this to be honest. No other SoC vendor will give you that sort of thing for free. And no other SoC vendor will either send dev boards to any random dude on the internet. I don't think you could show up and just require that. Allwinner has already been talking to us, and sent boards to a few developpers, and we should already be grateful for that.
