The table looks great from my point of view, very helpful. 

I would say the table represents the location of repositories and where to
send patches for submitting a new device. There are other repositories in
linux-sunxi GitHub for tools and drivers, such as sunxi-tools and 
libvdpau-sunxi, 
that are kind of covered in the 'Git repositories' section. 

I propose renaming 'Base and destination' as 'Patches for New Devices' with a
link to the New Device How To. Moving 'Git repositories' below that section
and renaming it 'Patches for Tools and Drivers'. I don't know if sunxi-tools,
etc. want patches to the mailing list or through a GitHub pull request.

Are the links to old repositories at http://git.linux-sunxi.org/ and
Gitorious any use for historical reasons?
