Not H5TQ8G83AMR x 4 chips (this is a link mistake on the skhynix site)

but H5TQ4G83AMR x 4 chips ( 512Mx8 )
and I think I have to use following settings.

dram_chip_density = 4096
dram_io_width = 8
dram_bus_width = 32

I will check the u-boot-2014.10 sources. Version 2014.10 is more preferred 
because it has apx209 support for sun7i.
