Not H5TQ8G83AMR x 4 chips (this is a link mistake on the skhynix site) but H5TQ4G83AMR x 4 chips ( 512Mx8 ) and I think I have to use following settings.
dram_chip_density = 4096 dram_io_width = 8 dram_bus_width = 32 I will check the u-boot-2014.10 sources. Version 2014.10 is more preferred because it has apx209 support for sun7i. четверг, 26 марта 2015 г., 11:49:25 UTC+3 пользователь Siarhei Siamashka написал: > > On Wed, 25 Mar 2015 19:20:51 -0700 (PDT) > Andrew Kosteltsev <[email protected] <javascript:>> wrote: > > > > > > > среда, 25 марта 2015 г., 19:09:08 UTC+3 пользователь Andrew Kosteltsev > > написал: > > > > > > Hello All, > > > > > > Please advise some test image which can be boot on my Cubietruck to > check > > > is my Cubietruck hardware ok and has no PCB layout issues. > > > > > > > > > > > It seems like cubietruck 2GB issue > > ... > > > but I cannot find correct FEX settings > > for H5TQ8G83AMR x 4 chips. > > The DRAM controller is configured in U-Boot.
